INTRODUCTION

One Stop Center (OSC) is established to ensure the implementation of system improvements in service delivery can be carried out more efficiently and comprehensively in order to enhance the efficiency of public services and stimulate the country's economic growth. This Local Center will process applications for land development (under Sections 124A and 204D of the National Land Code), planning permissions, and building plans concurrently.

The implementation of this Local Center serves as a new approach to shorten the approval period for land development as an alternative to expedite the land approval process and directly enhance the delivery system of land development proposals at the Local Authority level, aiming to provide comprehensive, fast, accurate services that meet public expectations.

Its establishment in each Local Authority is aimed at:

  1. Application and Approval Process.
  2. Certification and Compliance (Certificate of Completion and Compliance - CCC) to replace the CFO (Certificate of Fitness for Occupation) issued by the PSP (Principal Submitting Person).
  3. Formulation of the Building and Common Property (Maintenance and Management) Act 2007 (Act 663).
  4. Implementation of the Build-Then-Sell (BTS) Concept.

ROLES OF THE ONE STOP CENTER (OSC)

The roles of the One Stop Center are as follows:

  1. Coordinating and processing applications for Planning Permissions, Building Plans, and land development under Sections 124A and 204D of the National Land Code.
  2. Informing applicants about the approval decisions for Planning Permissions and building plans.
  3. Providing land application certification to the Land Office.
  4. Preparing Application Status Reports.
