MANAGEMENT SERVICE DIVISION

ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER (SECRETARY)

  • ADMINISTRATION DIVISION
    • Organize and run council units' administration
    • Handle general administration work including mailing, public complaints and phone calls.
    • Handle human resource management including establishments and staffs' services, appointment, training and retirement
    • Facilitate and arrange meeting on council level and other related meetings
    • Handle office purchasing, vehicles, uniform and insurance service
    • Manage programs for celebrations and special occasions
    • Implement the enforcement of Councils law, rules and regulation.
  • MANAGEMENT DIVISION
    • Handle training programmes related to human resource development and other seminars
    • Control and coordinate activities and programmes from both government and private agencies
    • Run, review and organize The Urban Poverty Eradication Programme (PPKB) for the community within Rembau District Council Area
    • Investigate all PPKB applications and prepare the report for division action
    • Review and send all reports pertaining to PPKB for Ministry action
    • Handle and organize MBJ's meeting
  • ENFORCEMENT DIVISION
    • Handle matters pertaining non-licensed businesses and non-permit constructions.
    • Hand out compounds for offences in accordance to local-government acts/ By-laws
    • Handle operations to destroy illegal buildings or confiscate roaming cow/buffalos and take necessary actions on disturbance causing premises
    • Take seizing property actions on those who fail to settle assessment tax
    • Investigate files from all divisions which need enforcement.
